Colin Aindow : Hi John I am in the process of building a workshop and I've read and watched loads of reviews of dust collectors/ extractors and to be honest nothing out there gave me 100% confidence to go out and commit to buying them - until now ! Many thanks for a great review il definitely be getting one of these . I enjoy watching watching all your videos keep up the good work
Colin, Plymouth
Tony InAngus : You bast*rd. Now my effing wallet is twitching!!!!! ...........been struggling with cyclones, wet n dry vacs and various crap solutions. Now I think I’ve seen THE solution but my bloody wallet is gonna hurt...........
Chris J : Very helpful, it answered a couple of questions I had and a few I didn't even know I had. Thank you.
trang huynh : the motor too loud
jeffreyennis13 : Just wondering where you bought the Record Power DX4000 please?
Michael L : Hello John.
Great video, thank you. About to start watching more of your videos too.
Ive been using a Dewalt shop vac, and now looking to upgrade, but was thinking of a large cyclone, 100mm piping around the shop, and then 68mm downpipes to router, chopsaw, table saw, thicknesses, jointer, spindle sander, drill press, vacuum.
Planning to make blast gates, and only one piece of kit operating at once, as just a hobby workshop (albeit well equipped).
Looks to be that this machine is capable of handling all of that.
Had been looking at the Axminster all in one cyclone set up, but a bit concerned with going down to small diameter hoses with it (at the tools), as it’s HVLP if I understand correctly.
Sorry, long question, but the punch line is, do you think the record power will cope ok? And without a cyclone?
Cheers
willie doyle : Hay john great to have that explained so well I always thought the big taller ones were better that one is perfect for small shops looking forward to some more
Ben Jamin : How do you find cleaning it out? Looking at some of the other videos, the cloth filter thing gets absolutely baked in dust, and when you start pulling it off to empty, all the fine dust goes back in the air again, which kind of defeats the object.
Josh Andrews : Thanks for the video John, brought mine thanks to your video, really pleased with it. Noticed motors get very warm quickly on mine tho, is that common? Or something to worry about.
Lenny Rossa : how are ya from mayo, just stubbled across you as im looking at dx1000,what you think of that model or i was gonna go for chip one as i have a cyclone anyway. what would you recommend ? did you buy direct or here in ireland, got a new sub

1988 Panasonic DX-4000 Bicycle

Short video overview of the 1988 Panasonic DX-4000 bicycle. This was the 2nd best DX model for 1988 featuring Tange 1 tubing and Shimano 105 SC components.
gravybeatty209 : @420witchdoctor HEINOUS SINNER How could you do that to this bike.
Laser Sharp : I have one of these in the blue and white. How much is it worth? I have a second bike (Centurion Comp TA) and I am trying to decide which to sell. I only need one. Thanks for the post.

My Old POS Episode 9. Western Digital DX4000 using SSDs

I started playing around with this NAS after failing miserably last time and figured out how to use "incompatible" drives with it. Follow along as we circumvent artificial restrictions.
alexandre fortin-massie : storage bad
Daniel Jarmon : Awesome video. Saved me a ton of time trying to figure this out. Thank you so much for spending the time
derdreiste1984 : hi where do I get the recoverycfg

greeting
Luís Alberto Cabús : Dude, my NAS doesn't show up on the recovery. It enters the recovery mode, gets an IP from the router, but isn't pingable or accessable..
Skunkpu : You Are Boss! You got my DX4000 up and running. Stay Gold Pony Boy!
Гнат Жбурляй : Please tell me when creating a raid 0, the system installed but did the same with 4 disks received, have: invalid nic num Please advise what I did wrong?
I restore a week thanks to your video the business has moved from the place.
Redwolf Astorian : Thanks for sharing mate! We have four boxes and it will be cool to be able to upgrade the units with SSD + bigger ram.
Danial Rafiqi : Nice!
hackatak : Hey there, I am having trouble creating the correct WHITELIST.XML file from the recovery log. Can you help? Can I email you my recovery log and you help me edit my whitelist.xml file? Thanks
hackatak : Wow,  great video!  Thanks for creating it!  One question, did you ever determine what caused the original 0xD9 error on the server to begin with?  Thanks again!  Also, did you find the 2008 Storage Server Recovery OS to download online?
